At FCC we want to ensure that your event is a great success. Available for any event are ample parking in the adjoining lot and on the adjacent street. In addition, microphones either hand-held or on a stand or headset and a podium.

50th birthday? 60th birthday? 100th birthday!? We invite you to hold your celebration, dance, community gathering or fundraiser in the historical Fairfax Community Church; an open and affirming church. Our friendly church members and experienced partners will provide personalized service to ensure that your event is a joyous and a memorable one.

 

Main Hall

1860 square feet. Capacity: 250 seated. Suggest 80-100 guests for combined wedding service and reception. Walk through the French glass doors of the foyer to our sun-filled Main Hall/Sanctuary and admire the beamed cathedral-style ceiling and the beautiful wall-to-wall hardwood floors. The open space is ready for your custom seating arrangements for wedding service and reception. The simple elevated Stage/Alter is the perfect spot to view you, the wedding couple, exchange your vows. Following the service the room may be transformed into a reception hall complete with music, dining and dancing. Windows open to provide natural air-conditioning. Wheelchair accessible restrooms adjacent. 

 

Garden and Deck

Plentiful flowers and flourishing trees make the garden a lovely retreat in all seasons. This peaceful space provides a respite in which guests may gather to enjoy visiting one another over beverages, appetizers and live music. Service and seating may be placed on the elevated wood deck.

 

Bride's Room

300 square feet. Spacious, light-filled dressing room for the wedding party. Restroom adjacent with large mirror. Air-conditioning and wifi access. Tables and chairs available upon request.

 

Community Hall

975 square feet. Large indoor room may be used as a work space for caterer or as location for alternate plans in case of inclement weather. Tables and chairs available upon request.


Your Special Event

Main Hall

Rental Fees

  • One Time Use: $85 for the first hour/$70 for each additional hour
  • Reduced pricing for Monday through Friday events

Community Hall

975 square feet. Features a stage, with restrooms just down a short hall. Doors open onto a garden area. Tables and chairs available upon request. The Community Hall is only available evenings and at certain times on weekends.

Rental Fees

  • One Time Use: $55 for first hour/$45 for each additional hour
 

Uhte (you-tee) Meeting Room

300 square feet. Capacity 25-30 seated. Spacious, light-filled room. Restroom adjacent. Air-conditioning and wi-fi access. Tables and chairs available upon request.

Rental Fees

  • One Time Use: $30 per hour
